By accessing or using our website, you (“user”, “member”, “you” and/or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully.
1.2 The use of our website includes accessing, browsing, registering, subscribing to, and using the services we offer, in particular the online courses. If you continue to browse and use our website, whether as a guest or registered user, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, which together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy with regards to this website.
1.3 If you partially or in total do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Website.
2. Changes to Terms
2.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We may revise the Terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made as they are binding on you.
3. Eligibility, Website Access
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to become a member of Courtrix. The person who creates the account and whose Payment Method is charged is the “Account Owner” or “Member.” By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3.2 We make every effort to ensure this website is accessible 24/7, 365 days a year. However, occasional downtime may occur due to server and technical issues. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible if the website is temporarily unavailable.
3.3 Courtrix ensures minimal disruption to users by scheduling regular maintenance during off-peak hours with advance notifications. Our system updates are thoroughly assessed and rolled out incrementally. Real-time monitoring tools help us proactively address issues. Our customer support remains available during any downtime or maintenance period to assist users.
3.4 Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis. We may withdraw, suspend, discontinue, or change our website in part or totally without notice.
3.5 You are responsible for making sure that you have appropriate computer specifications and a reliable fast internet connection for taking online courses. You can contact us at [email protected] if you are unsure whether you have the minimum technology requirements prior to purchasing our online courses.
3.6 Our platform is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards. To achieve this, Courtrix adheres to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, or any successor standards. We also ensure that third-party content and services used on Courtrix comply with accessibility standards, to the best of our ability. By following these guidelines, Courtrix aims to make our services accessible to all users, regardless of disability.
3.7 To ensure optimal performance and user experience on our platform, users must use the latest versions of modern web browsers, including but not limited to Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari, with JavaScript and cookies enabled. A stable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 5 Mbps is recommended. Supported operating systems include Windows 10 or later, macOS 10.13 or later, various Linux distributions, iOS 12 or later for mobile devices, and Android 8.0 or later. Additional software such as Adobe Reader may be required for viewing downloadable documents, and the latest media players are recommended for multimedia content.
4. Pricing
4.1 We try to make sure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on our website are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled.
4.2 We offer five distinct course packages, each tailored to varying levels of experience and expertise. The pricing for each package is as follows:
- Beginner Package: € 85 (One-time payment)
- Intermediate Package: € 255 (One-time payment)
- Advanced Package: € 485 (One-time payment)
- Accountant Package: € 725 (One-time payment)
- Expert Package: € 990 (One-time payment)
4.3 All payments are one-time charges, with no recurring fees. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase to gain access to the selected course package.
4.4 If you are making a payment from outside the Eurozone, any necessary currency conversions shall be automatically processed by your bank at the prevailing exchange rates at the time of transaction. Additional bank fees for currency conversion may apply, and these are your responsibility.
4.5 There are no additional charges beyond the listed prices for each package. The total cost of each package is inclusive of all necessary materials and resources.
4.6 Courtrix reserves the right to modify the pricing of its packages at any time. Any changes will not affect purchases made prior to the modification date.
5. Services Offered
5.1 Courtrix offers five packages of the courses:
Beginner Package (€ 85)
Perfect for newcomers, this package covers the basics with courses like Introduction to Financial Markets and Basics of Digital Finance. You will also get relevant eBooks and essential market research tools, such as economic and asset calendars.
Intermediate Package (€ 255)
Building on the Beginner package, this level includes courses on Digital Asset Trading and Technical Analysis Essentials. Additional tools include a Currency Strength Meter.
Advanced Package (€ 485)
Includes everything from the Intermediate package, plus Advanced Technical Analysis and MetaTrader Tutorials. It also offers trend analysis tools and knowledge checks to test your understanding.
Accountant Package (€ 725)
Designed for those pursuing an accounting role, this package includes all Advanced content plus the Accountant in the Business Environment course and its corresponding eBooks.
Expert Package (€ 990)
Our most comprehensive offering, this package includes all previous content, along with Expert Technical Analysis courses. You will also gain access to market research videos, technical analysis articles, financial news, and market highlights TV. New courses and materials are periodically added to ensure up-to-date learning.
5.2 Courtrix provides a platform for financial education, data aggregation, and informational content. We are not a broker, dealer, or investment advisor and do not offer financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All products and services are offered for educational purposes only.
The content and services on our website are for general informational purposes only and are not personalized. Before making financial decisions, seek independent professional advice. Courtrix focuses on education and analysis of financial instruments.
All information is provided “as is” without warranties. Courtrix is not responsible for the accuracy or usefulness of the information, or the results obtained.

Our valuation tools are for educational purposes only and should not replace your own judgment. They are based on general assumptions and are not specific endorsements by Courtrix.
5.3 Upon successful completion of a course, participants will be eligible to receive a certificate of completion. Certificates will be available for download immediately after the participant has completed all required components of the course.
Participants will receive a notification as soon as they have fulfilled the course requirements, informing them that their certificate is ready for download.
6. Membership
6.1 Courtrix offers access to its educational content on a tiered Membership basis (“Membership”). You may receive access to each level by purchasing the corresponding package. Each package gives you access to the relevant courses as defined in the packages list. To become a member, you must provide a valid Payment Method and pay the applicable fees. Membership fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable, except under specific conditions described in Section 9 (Refund Policy).
6.2 When you purchase a course on Courtrix, you gain access to the course materials for a period of one year. During this time, you can return to and review the content as often as you’d like. After the one-year period, access to the materials will expire, and continued access will require a new purchase.
6.3 We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our offered Membership plans.
7. Account Management, Login Details & Payment Processing
7.1 If you register on our website, you are given a username and password. You must keep this information confidential.
7.2 The member who created the account and whose Payment Method is charged is referred to here as the Account Owner. The Account Owner has access and control over the Courtrix account. The Account Owner’s control is exercised using the Account Owner’s password. Therefore, to maintain exclusive control, the Account Owner should not reveal the login details, such as the password to anyone.
7.3 In addition, if the Account Owner wishes to prohibit others from altering the Account Owner’s control, the Account Owner should not reveal the Payment Method details (e.g., the last four digits of their credit or debit card) associated with their account. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the information you provide to us in relation to your account.
7.4 Accounts are provided on an individual basis. You are expressly forbidden from giving another person or entity access to your account. You should be mindful of any communication requesting that you submit credit card or other account information. Providing your information in response to these types of communications can result in identity theft. Always access your sensitive account information by going directly to the Courtrix website and not through a hyperlink in an email or any other electronic communication, even if it looks official. Courtrix reserves the right to place any account on hold anytime with or without notification to the member in order to protect you, itself, and its partners from possible fraudulent activities.
7.5 Courtrix is not obligated to credit or discount a Membership for holds placed on the account by either a representative of Courtrix or by the automated processes of Courtrix.
7.6 If you know or suspect that someone else is aware of your username and password, you must promptly notify us at [email protected].
7.7 Courtrix certifies that payment processing complies with applicable financial regulations and industry standards. Payment information is processed through reputable, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways to ensure the highest level of security. Our platform does not store sensitive financial information on our servers. Additionally, we regularly review and update our security practices to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities. By implementing these measures, we are committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of our users’ financial information.
7.8 We guarantee that there are no hidden fees associated with using our platform. All charges and fees are clearly outlined and communicated to users prior to any transactions.
8. Third-Party Applications
8.1 Our website may integrate with third-party applications. Your use of these applications is subject to their respective terms of use, and we are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party applications.
9. Refund Policy
9.1 All Membership Fees are considered paid upon full payment and are non-refundable, except during the first 90 days from the beginning of the Membership under the condition that you have viewed no more than 50% of the lessons made available to you.
9.2 You can request a refund by emailing us at [email protected] or via the “contact us” form on the website, stating your wish to receive a refund and providing your full name. To make it easier for us please add the purchase date, the purchased package, or any other supporting documentation or information. Please provide an explanation as to why you want a refund.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
9.3 Upon receiving your request, we will confirm the receipt. Once we receive and handle your cancellation request, you will cease to have access to the site immediately. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete.
9.4 Requests for refunds made beyond the initial 90-day period may still be considered on a case-by-case basis. We encourage clients to contact us with detailed information explaining why they believe they are eligible for a refund. We are committed to addressing individual circumstances and will make reasonable efforts to find a satisfactory resolution. Each request will be thoroughly evaluated based on the information provided, and we will communicate our decision within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Acceptable Use Policy
10.1 Any material you share on our website, except personal information, is considered non-proprietary and not confidential. Unless you indicate otherwise, we are free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate, and otherwise use such material for any and all purposes.

In general, Courtrix will not tolerate, and you agree not to engage in, any use of the site which damages or is likely to damage our reputation or the availability or integrity of the site, which causes harm of any kind to Courtrix or its users or which causes us or threatens to cause us to incur any legal, tax, financial, regulatory or other liability (“Misuse”).
We therefore request you to treat our site with respect and in its intended manner. You agree not to use the site for any illegal or improper purpose, or in such a way as to infringe or breach other’s rights or to cause or threaten to cause damage or harm to Courtrix or its users (which shall also constitute Misuse). Without limiting any of the foregoing, you agree not to use the site or cause or permit the site to be used:
a) to jeopardize or prejudice the operation, quality, or integrity of the site, or the operation, quality, or integrity of any telecommunications network;
b) to harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent;
c) for any commercial purpose including any direct marketing, surveys, contests, or pyramid schemes, nor to use the site to participate in or cause others to participate in sending chain letters, junk e-mail, spam, duplicative or unsolicited messages, advertising, or promotional material;
d) to distribute, download, upload, or transmit any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful or detrimental programs;
e) to stalk or harass anyone or to impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
f) to attack the site via a denial-of-service attack;
g) contrary to the terms and conditions of any Internet Service Provider you may use.
Any use of the site in a manner prohibited in these Terms will constitute Misuse. We also ask you to comply with any relevant notices, policies, and terms imposed by third parties whose website, products, or services you access through the site.
10.4 We are not responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted, uploaded, or sent to this website by you or any other user of our website. We have the right to remove any content shared by you on our website if, in our opinion, it does not comply with our Terms.
10.5 We reserve the right to suspend you from the use of the site generally or block your access to all or any part of the site and/or to suspend or terminate your rights to use the site or any part of it at any time and for any reason including if we suspect Misuse. We reserve the right to report any Misuse of the site to the relevant enforcement or other authorities and to our legal advisers. We further reserve the right to disclose any evidence we have which relates directly or indirectly to Misuse of this site.
10.6 If any material on this site, or your use of this site, is contrary to the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located then this site is not intended for your use and we ask that you do not use this site. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.

11.2 Such site materials may be used only for viewing the site in the ordinary course or as a resource for availing of the services offered through the site. Any other use of the site or the site materials, including any copying, reproduction, modification, sale, distribution, extraction, scraping, data mining, re-utilization, transmission, re-publication, downloading, display, posting, performance, or other exploitation thereof by any means or medium without the prior written permission of the copyright owner is strictly prohibited.
11.3 “Courtrix”, including the Courtrix logo, and any other company, product or service name, logo, or slogan contained in the site (the “marks”) are trademarks of Courtrix and/or its suppliers, publishers, or licensors and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Courtrix or the applicable trademark holder/s.
You may not use any metatags or any other “hidden text” utilizing such marks without prior written permission. In addition, the look and feel of the site, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts, are the service mark, trademark, and/or trade dress of Courtrix and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
11.4 You must not use any part of the site materials on the site for commercial purposes without obtaining a license from Courtrix and/or our licensors. If you use the site, the site materials, or the marks other than specifically authorized herein, without the prior written permission of Courtrix, you are in breach of these Terms, and your right to use the site will cease immediately. Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws including without limitation copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and statutes. You must, at our discretion, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
11.5 Reference to any products, services, processes, companies, or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier, or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation thereof by us. All site materials contained in and published on the site by Courtrix or posted by our users are intended for the non-commercial use of the user. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the site and any publicly available site materials displayed thereon, except where such use is otherwise prohibited or restricted. However, no rights, title, or interest in any such site materials will be granted or transferred to you as a result of any permitted use of such site materials.
11.6 Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication, or otherwise. The rights of use that arise in connection with the use of the Courtrix site can be revoked at any time.
12. Advertising
12.1 Parts of the site may contain advertising such as but not limited to affiliate programs. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the site complies with international and national laws. Courtrix will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising materials.
13. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
13.1 The Website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Courtrix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 13.2 The material on this website is provided without guarantees, conditions, or warranties about its accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose. You acknowledge that this information and these materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, as allowed by law.
13.3 We do not take liability for any loss or damage as a result of you applying what you have learned in our courses on trading of any financial products.
13.4 Unless expressly stated otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law Courtrix excludes all conditions, warranties, and other terms that might otherwise be implied by statute, law, or equity. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, sales, business, revenue, data, or other intangibles, business interruption, or damage to goodwill or reputation, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, or reliance on any content displayed, the performance or failures of this website or linked websites, and any materials posted on them, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restriction, by statute, law or otherwise.

14. Complains and Disputes
14.1 To make a complaint, please send an email to [email protected]. Courtrix will make every effort to resolve the issue as soon as possible and will respond within 30 days of receiving the email. If the inquiry takes longer than 30 days to complete, Courtrix will contact you through email before the 30-day period expires.
14.2 For immediate assistance, you can use the live chat feature available on our website. Simply click on the chat icon located at the bottom-right corner of the screen to start a conversation with a support representative. They will guide you through the complaint submission process and ensure your issue is addressed promptly.
14.3 Alternatively, you can submit a complaint through our online Contact Us form. Navigate to the “Contact Us” section on our website, fill out the form with your details and complaint information, and submit it. A support representative will review your submission and get back to you as soon as possible.
14.4 In the case of a circumstance not specifically stated in the agreement between Courtrix and you, the Parties undertake to strive to address the matter in accordance with the principles of good faith and fairness by implementing market-appropriate remedies.
14.5 Courtrix is always committed to resolving any existing issue to the best of our abilities. We kindly ask that you contact Courtrix directly to address any concerns or disputes before seeking external assistance, such as legal counsel. Our team is dedicated to finding amicable and effective solutions for all parties involved.
14.6 You agree not to engage in or authorize any chargebacks, disputes, or claims with third parties, banks, or payment processors without first attempting to resolve the issue through Courtrix. Any such actions taken without prior resolution attempts may result in delays in the resolution of your complaint or restrictions on your account. We prioritize resolving issues directly to ensure a fair and efficient process. By contacting our support team first, we can address your concerns promptly and effectively.
14.7 Any unjustified attempt by a third party to contact us on behalf of or with the authority of the account owner shall be deemed an illicit action or act of bad faith. Such contact attempts are strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to terminate your account without prior notice in response in case you act deliberately.
In the event of the above-mentioned third-party contact leading to legal actions or expenses incurred by us, the responsible party, whether you or the third party, shall be held liable for covering all associated costs.
Exceptions to the third-party contact restrictions may be considered if you provide explicit written consent for a specific third party to act on their behalf and inform us immediately. Such requests must be submitted in writing by emailing [email protected] from the registered email address that you used to purchase our courses and must be approved by us. We have 1 week to consider your request and consequently approve or reject it.
15. Governing Law
15.1 These Terms will be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with, the laws of our company’s country of registration. You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
15.2 Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. If you live in a country where access to the services provided by the site is prohibited, you must not register with us or attempt to use our services. Should Courtrix become aware of any Account Owner accessing the site from a country in which access to the services provided by the site is prohibited, e.g. by circumventing the restrictions and using a VPN, Courtrix reserves the right to close such an account.
16. Privacy
16.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data that we collect from you will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You should review our Privacy Policy and you confirm that when using this Website, you consent to your personal data being used and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16.2 In accessing this site the user accepts that electronic mail passing over the Internet may not be free from interference by third parties. In consequence, Courtrix cannot guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of any information relating to the user passing over the Internet. You shall be responsible for your communications to this site, including its lawfulness, truthfulness, and accuracy.
17. Additional Terms
17.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Courtrix with respect to your access and use of the site and any third-party website accessed through the site. If any of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided by these Terms or by law does not constitute a waiver of those or any other rights or remedies.
17.2 These Terms and the rights and obligations contained herein are personal to you and may not be assigned, licensed, or transferred by you. We reserve the right to assign or transfer rights and obligations under these Terms.
